1. Consumer Rights
1.1.? As a consumer, you may cancel an Order at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. You may also cancel an Order before We have dispatched Products by informing Us in writing or by emailing

. In these circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products or an exchange credit in accordance with Our refunds policy.

. You must also return the Product(s) to Us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them including all original packaging, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, We may have a right of action against you for compensation.

1.4.? If you are sent incorrect Products by Us, you must provide Us with written or emailed notice of Our error within 1 day of receipt and return the Products to Us within 7 days. On doing so, you will receive a full refund of the price paid. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
2. Returns ? Non Faulty Items2.1.? You are required to take reasonable care of items. Please return an item in its original and undamaged packaging with all of its components. If an item is returned undamaged in its original and undamaged packaging, we will offer you a refund in accordance with our refund policy. 2.2.? If you do not return the item as instructed within 28 days of cancellation, we may make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering (or attempting to recover) the item.
2.3.? If you do not return an item after our reasonable attempts to recover it, you will be deemed to have accepted the item, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price then set out on the Telford Raiders website. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. 3. Returns ? Faulty Items
3.1.? If we arrange for an item to be repaired, please also send a copy of the invoice which accompanied delivery. Failure to show that you have purchased the item from us may result in the repair becoming chargeable. (If a repair is chargeable, we will tell you in advance).
3.2.? Repair turnaround time is dependent on the current workload. We will not accept any claims for losses you suffer during this time.
3.? If a fault is caused by accident, misuse or negligence, or it occurs outside the warranty period, it will not be covered by the warranty. Service estimates for an item not covered by the warranty is chargeable. An estimate will be emailed (or sent to you by post if we do not have an email address for you) and confirmation of acceptance is required within 10 days. Where such acceptance is not received, the item will be returned not repaired and a charge may be payable.
3.4.? All warranty repairs will be returned to you at the cost of the Manufacturer. 4. Our Refunds Policy
4.1.? When you return a Product to Us :
4.1.1? because you have cancelled the Order between Us as a consumer (not a business) within the seven-day cooling-off period, We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, We will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you.
4.1.2? you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to Us.
4.1.3? for any other reason (for instance, because you do not agree to Our policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective), We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day We confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to Us. Products returned by you because of a defect are not refundable where they have been used by you.
4.1.4? In the alternative to providing you with a refund in respect of Products you return to Us We reserve the right to provide you with an exchange credit.
4.2.? Wherever possible We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
